At NeuroSpear.ai, we’re building the future of AI-driven sales enablement. We’re early stage and looking for a Founding SDR who’s excited to be at the intersection of AI + Sales. Role Overview: As the Founding SDR, you’ll be the first sales hire, working directly with the founders. This is not just a cold-calling role — you’ll help shape the sales motion, playbook, and culture from day one. You’ll be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline, testing outbound strategies, and feeding back real-world learnings into product and GTM.
