At NeuroSpear.ai, we’re building the future of AI-driven sales enablement. We’re early stage and looking for a Founding SDR who’s excited to be at the intersection of AI + Sales. Role Overview: As the Founding SDR, you’ll be the first sales hire, working directly with the founders. This is not just a cold-calling role — you’ll help shape the sales motion, playbook, and culture from day one. You’ll be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline, testing outbound strategies, and feeding back real-world learnings into product and GTM. What you will do: - Own prospecting & outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls - Book qualified meetings with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers - Collaborate with founders to refine ICP & messaging - Build the SDR playbook for future hires - Be the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product & marketing What We’re Looking For: - 2–5 years of experience in an SDR / BDR role (preferably SaaS or B2B tech) - Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting booking quotas - Excellent communication & storytelling skills - Hustle + curiosity: You’re excited about AI, startups, and sales tech - Comfortable with ambiguity and building things from scratch - Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Why Join Us? - Be the first SDR hire → massive ownership + career growth - Work closely with founders on strategy, GTM, and sales ops - Opportunity to shape the sales culture & team from the ground up - Access to cutting-edge AI tools - Competitive salary
