Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PingFederate Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Web Single Sign-On (WebSSO) solutions to ensure secure and seamless access to enterprise applications. This role involves working closely with application owners, security teams, and third-party vendors to integrate and maintain SSO capabilities across the organization.

Your Profile

- Design, implement, and maintain PingFederate solutions using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM and WSFed
- Integrate enterprise applications with identity providers (IdPs) like Ping Identity, Azure AD, Okta or ADFS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related issues, including authentication failures and integration errors.
- Collaborate with application teams to onboard new applications into the SSO ecosystem.
- Maintain documentation for SSO configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and audit SSO activity to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in identity and access management.
- Upgrade PingFederate version.
- Perform Disaster recovery test quarterly.
- Familiar with user and Group provisioning.
- Knowledge of Web SSO technologies and standards (e.g., SAML, Kerberos).
- Experience with identity providers (IdPs) and identity management systems.
- Good have knowledge on certificate renewal
- Shift : Ok to work in nightshift as and when needed otherwise on-call & 13x5 weekdays.
