Store Manager Duty Manager Our client is currently seeking a driven and seasoned Store Manager Duty Manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of their store located at Omaha Beach The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service leading a dynamic team and contributing to the strategic expansion of the store Key Duties Procure and procure products negotiate agreements with suppliers Ensure adherence to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 Provide exceptional customer service to enrich the shopping experience Lead educate and inspire a team to accomplish store objectives Efficiently manage stock levels orders and stocktakes Strategically plan for business expansion and advancement Supervise daily cash reconciliations petty cash management and banking procedures Implement and oversee store merchandising to attract customers Enforce company policies and procedures among employees Uphold security measures for cash keys alarms and stock Ensure compliance with Occupational Health Safety regulations Address customer inquiries and professionally resolve complaints Maintain a well-presented store and promote repeat business Manage liquor licensing requirements and comply with regulations Requirements Requirements Prior experience in food retail is a must Physically capable of meeting the demands of the position Proficient in both written and spoken English Desired Skills Experience Proficient in basic math skills Demonstrated expertise in customer service Familiarity with checkout operations
