In two years, we launched our revolutionary self-watering planters from Indore with a small team. We believe home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free.
Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit. Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week. It's made plant parenting a breeze. With their continued support, we've become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly.
Our goal is to shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions. We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Manage and optimize all operational aspects of the Amazon business, including inventory, pricing, and promotions, to drive sales and profitability.
Financial Management
- Oversee the ADS spend, ASIN lifecycle, and P&L of Amazon operations to ensure financial targets are met.
Product Management
- Continuously add new ASINs or products based on defined processes and market demand.
Performance Monitoring
- Regularly review ASIN performance metrics such as BSR, reviews, ratings, revenue, and inventory to identify and address issues.
Team Leadership
- Define and communicate goals and targets to the team, ensuring proper discipline and structure in operations.
Sales Growth
- Drive sales growth of at least 15% month-over-month (MOM) through strategic initiatives and effective management.
Marketplace Activation
- Manage the activation of brand or other marketplaces to expand reach and sales opportunities.
Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
Campaign Performance Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve marketing objectives.
Inventory Management
- Ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
Price and Promotion Management
- Strategizing and implementing pricing and promotional activities to drive sales and maintain competitiveness.
Content Optimization
- Staying updated with Amazon policies and guidelines to ensure compliance in all operations.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyzing sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Skills:
Amazon Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Amazon, with a strong understanding of Amazon Ads and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Amazon Ads campaigns.
Budget Management
- Proven track record of managing a minimum spend of 20 lakhs per month with a 0% - 40% Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) or 15% - 25% Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACOS).
Amazon Platform Knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Flex, including expertise in key processes such as Flex site launch, RC addition, SC repeats, transaction file management, claims management, and RECO processes.
Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve business objectives.
Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative strategies to improve sales performance and market competitiveness on Amazon.
Communication Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals.
Problem-Solving Abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges in Amazon operations, campaigns, and performance metrics.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 4+ Years of experience required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with keyword research tools, Amazon Seller Central, and advertising platforms like Amazon Advertising Console.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
