- Quality Control Executive Tube Precision Components Position Quality Control Executive Department Quality Assurance Quality Control Location Bachau Gandhidham Experience Required 3 - 7 Years Industry Tube Manufacturing Precision Components Engineering Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspection of tubes seamless welded alloy and precision components as per technical drawings and specifications Measure and verify critical dimensions using precision instruments such as Vernier Calipers Micrometers Ultrasonic Gauges CMM Coordinate Measuring Machine and Surface Roughness Tester Perform Material Test Reports MTR verification and ensure material traceability Conduct in-process inspections first article inspections FAI and final product inspections Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as ASTM IS API ISO 9001 IATF 16949 Perform non-destructive testing NDT such as Dye Penetrant Testing DPT Ultrasonic Testing UT for tube integrity checks Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports non-conformance reports NCR and quality records Implement Statistical Process Control SPC for ongoing quality monitoring and suggest process improvements Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Support root cause analysis RCA and corrective preventive actions CAPA in case of quality deviations Participate in internal and external quality audits Qualification Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Metallurgy Production Industrial Engineering Proven experience in Quality Control in Tube manufacturing and Precision Component industries Skills Required Expertise in measuring instruments Vernier Micrometer CMM Roughness Tester Strong knowledge of material standards and industrial codes Good analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent documentation and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines email id resume theactivegroup in cont 9904582301 6358812301 Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
