We have an urgent opening of Electrical Quality Engineer for Bhuj/Bhachau - Gujarat.

Experience & Education: BE/Diploma -Electrical 5 to 12 years of experience in Site quality control and assurance from Transmission Industry.

Job Location: Bhuj/Bhachau - Gujarat

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) team for transmission line projects. The role involves inspection and quality monitoring of foundation, tower erection, and stringing works to ensure compliance with client specifications, standards, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect foundation works excavation, reinforcement, concrete quality, curing, and backfilling.
  • Monitor tower erection sequence, alignment, verticality, bolt tightening, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee stringing activities sag/tension checks, clipping, joints, spacers, and clearance verification.
  • Prepare daily inspection reports, checklists, and NCRs.
  • Ensure unbiased inspection and quality certification as per TPIA guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors for compliance and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Transmission Line QA/QC (132 kV – 765 kV).
  • Knowledge of IS/IEC standards and utility specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QA documentation.
  • TPIA or client-side inspection experience preferred.
