Electrical Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of electricians and technicians.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to ensure adherence to standards.
- **Installation and Maintenance**:

- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Schedule and ensure preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all electrical work complies with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
- **Coordination and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and project execution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance and inspection logs.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**:

- Respond promptly to breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
- Investigate recurring issues and recommend upgrades or replacements.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting methods.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations.
