We are looking for passionate and energetic Business Development Associate to be a part of Talrop You will be the face of Talrop in your assigned region responsible for driving growth building partnerships and creating awareness about our ecosystem and offerings Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers partnerships and business opportunities in the assigned region Promote Talrop s services and startup ecosystem to colleges institutions and local communities Meet with decision-makers in educational institutions startup founders and entrepreneurs to present Talrop s offerings Achieve business development targets through lead generation follow-ups and client meetings Support in organizing events startup activities and awareness programs in Tamil Nadu Maintain detailed reports of field activities and client interactions Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and onboarding Required Qualification and Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline 0-2 years of experience in sales marketing or business development Freshers with a passion for growth are welcome Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively within Kollam and Trivandrum region Self-motivated target-driven and proactive attitude Two-wheeler and a valid driving license required Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Kadakkal Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Do you have a Two Wheeler and Driving Licence Are you willing to relocate to any in Kerala Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
