Job Summary: Client is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Little Group, a privately-owned group of companies that includes Port Phillip Ferries, Melbourne Jet Base and Little Real Estate, one of the largest residential property management companies in Australia. Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our quality process, helping us ensure our platform is reliable, functional, and easy for our users to navigate. You will work closely with our developers and product managers to test new features and find bugs before they reach our customers. Responsibilities: - Execute Test Plans: Carefully follow test plans and execute test cases for new features and bug fixes across our web and mobile platforms. - Write Test Cases: Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria. - Hands-On Testing: Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure our software meets quality standards. - Identify and Report Defects: Find, document, and accurately track defects in our bug tracking system (e.g., Jira), providing developers with the details they need to resolve issues quickly. - Contribute to Quality: Provide feedback on product usability and suggest improvements to our testing processes. - Collaborate Actively: Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, working as an integral part of a cross-functional team.
