Job Description Key Responsibilities - Make 150 outbound calls daily to prospective customers. - Achieve a minimum of 2.5 hours daily talk-time with clients. - Update and maintain customer interactions in Zoho CRM. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure big-ticket closures and repeat orders. - Do cross-selling and pitch additional products to increase overall cart size. - Engage with clients regularly to build trust and long-term business. - Work with a problem-solving approach to address customer queries and provide solutions. - Achieve assigned weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales support.
