Who we are Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer more productive and more profitable For the first time ever safety operations and finance teams can manage their drivers vehicles equipment and fleet related spend in a single system Combined with industry leading AI the Motive platform gives you complete visibility and control and significantly reduces manual workloads by automating and simplifying tasks Motive serves more than 120 000 customers - from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses - across a wide range of industries including transportation and logistics construction energy field service manufacturing agriculture food and beverage retail and the public sector Visit to learn more About the Role The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the right products to move our business forward Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs prioritize test roll out and iterate on products As we continue to expand our suite of products on top of our massive network of devices we are looking for a talented Product Operations Manager who can take our Hardware portfolio to the next level You will be tasked with identifying and executing opportunities for product growth process improvement and automation and sales and marketing insights You will be charged with changing how we tackle customer requests to make them more data-driven efficient and create a bigger impact You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders from sales marketing and engineering teams to help drive rapid company growth In addition you will oversee a range of strategic and operational responsibilities as part of Motive s New Product Introduction and lead our Early Access programs for hardware products In return you ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry This is a great time to join Motive and we re looking for heavy hitters to join us on our mission What You ll Do Define implement and optimize processes to streamline our product development lifecycle increasing team efficiency and capacity Define and implement processes to streamline our product development lifecycle Drive continuous improvements in the engagement models between product engineering and business stakeholder teams Develop comprehensive product rollout plans and manage their implementation Track and analyze core business metrics related to product performance Identify and advocate for key business insights to inform product enhancements Lead and manage Beta programs for hardware testing ensuring rigorous testing protocols and effective feedback loops with customers Coordinate with key partners across the company to prepare for new product launches and maximize their impact What We re Looking For 6 years of experience as a program manager within Product Sales or Marketing organizations Experience in managing product operations with a strong emphasis on hardware including experience with New Product Introduction NPI Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills A dedicated team player who excels at enabling others to perform at their best A passion for engaging with and learning from customers A self-starter with a high level of motivation to exceed expectations Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools e g Salesforce Excel Proven experience in driving projects end-to-end and fostering collaboration across organizations at all levels Experience working effectively with remote or offshore teams Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive s core values We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds experiences abilities and perspectives Please review our Candidate Privacy NoticeUK Candidate Privacy Notice The applicant must be authorized to receive and access those commodities and technologies controlled under U S Export Administration Regulations It is Motive s policy to require that employees be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology LI-Remote
