someone who prioritizes customer success in their work And finally you re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Skills and Experience Perform functional integration regression and system testing for mainframe applications during modernization and migration programs Analyze and validate application behavior while transitioning from legacy platforms COBOL JCL CICS DB2 VSAM to modern stacks Java microservices cloud Support end-to-end testing for migration to cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP including data validation and business process continuity Develop maintain and execute test cases test scripts and automated testing frameworks as required Collaborate with developers architects and business analysts to identify defects troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution Contribute to establishing QA testing best practices tailored to mainframe modernization programs Work with DevOps and CI CD teams to integrate testing into modernization pipelines Document test results prepare test reports and provide clear communication to stakeholders Over 5 years experience in Mainframe Application testing Experience with test strategy and planning execution and defect management oProficiency in programming languages and testing tools oDemonstrated ability to collaborate across project teams Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field ISTQB Certification International Software Testing Qualification Board Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from it s how we think and who we are We welcome people of all cultures backgrounds and experiences But we re not doing it single-handily Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are only one of many ways we create a workplace where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice This dedication to welcoming everyone into our company means that Kyndryl gives you -
