Areas of Work Assessment Design, Content Development, Subject Matter Expertise Role Summary Associate in Portfolio Development team plays a crucial role in delivering high quality Cognitive (Quantitative Ability, Analytical Reasoning, English Usage) and Manufacturing related field assessment content to clients for their pre-hiring requirements. This role requires continuous pursuit of improving & applying subject matter expertise. Creating and Quality Check of the question items and coordinating with the vendors for outsourced content. Role Responsibilities •Understanding assessment content requirement shared by clients. •Preparation of Cognitive and Manufacturing related fields assessment instruments as per the requirement •Constant improvement & application of subject matter expertise •Coordinating with vendors/contractors for developing assessments Competencies •Has the discipline to 'Do what he/she says' - deliver as committed. •Ability to understand the client's problems and connect the dots of how our solution can help. •Strong writing, speaking, and listening skills. •Ability to build relationship and connect with people - values relationships. •Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements Skills Required •Outstanding cognitive skills and written English. •Very good communicator – verbal and written. •Adept at solving Aptitude (Quantitative Ability, Analytical Reasoning, English Usage) based questions. •Logically sharp, knows how to manage his/her time well. •Has good attention to details Knowledge •Subject Knowledge – Very good Cognitive Skills (Quantitative Ability, Analytical Reasoning, English Usage) •MCQ Content Development •Assessment Industry Best Practices #LI-GU1
