Position Overview

The IT Project Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and management. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and deliver web development, digital marketing, and design projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project requirements, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks for the team.
- Handle domain, hosting, email configurations, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Set up and manage GSuite, Microsoft 365, and Google Business Profiles.
- Ensure quality control across development, SEO, design, and ad campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, research solutions, and coordinate with third-party vendors when required.
- Track progress, prepare performance reports (SEO rankings, Ads results, etc.), and share updates with clients.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project risks, delays, and challenges—proactively resolving them.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) in Project Management within IT, Web, or Digital Marketing industries.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, hosting, SEO, digital marketing, and IT tools.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
