Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Banking Relationship Manager located in New Delhi. The responsibilities include managing relationships with business clients, overseeing cash management services, and handling portfolio management tasks to ensure optimal financial outcomes. Additional duties include evaluating client financial needs, underwriting loans, and identifying opportunities for growth and improved client satisfaction through strategic banking solutions. Qualifications - Expertise in Business Relationship Management and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively - Knowledge of Cash Management and Portfolio Management to optimize financial service delivery for clients - Strong understanding of Finance concepts and experience in loan underwriting - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities - A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred) - Prior experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage
