(Urgent Search) Performance Marketing Manager

We re looking to find someone who can set up our client s performance marketing charter to drive a much higher volume of high-quality leads and ultimately boost revenue To make this happen we re seeking a sharp creative and driven performance marketer with a proven track record of generating quality leads across diverse channels including Google Ads Facebook LinkedIn Quora and more Responsible for planning executing and maintaining performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels Owns end-to-end creative strategy to scale and optimize campaign effectiveness Identifies trends and insights to refine spend allocation and improve performance Designs and runs continuous experiments to uncover new growth and efficiency opportunities Operates at both strategic and tactical levels - generating growth ideas managing execution and analyzing traffic data Tracks key metrics like revenue conversions CPA CPI daily and delivers actionable performance reports Chance to be part of a founding team To be able to the 0-1 for a new charter A successful Performance Marketing Manager should have Over 4 years of full-time experience specializing in performance marketing Demonstrated success in scaling profitable campaigns through innovative creative strategies Deep expertise in rapidly scaling campaigns on at least two of the following platforms Google Ads Search Discovery YouTube Display LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads Hands-on experience with additional platforms such as Quora Ads Reddit Ads and others Strong analytical skills with a focus on designing executing and interpreting experiments -delivering actionable insights beyond raw data Skilled in conceptualizing and producing compelling ad creatives Excellent written communication abilities Proven experience in hiring managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams A leading career acceleration platform empowering tech professionals through advanced AI and engineering upskilling With expert-led programs across domains like ML System Design and AI it helps talent stay ahead of the curve The platform blends deep technical training with personalized career support Full ownership of your work with minimal oversight and maximum autonomy Collaborate with a high-performing intellectually rigorous team Make a direct impact on business growth and top-line outcomes Industry-leading compensationIf you are passionate about performance marketing and ready to make an impact we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
