Who we are 80 of the workers across the globe are Deskless These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing build roads and bridges run our manufacturing factories ensure that we get healthcare service and provide us reliable phone and internet connectivity As entrepreneurs have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive If you are still reading and connect compassionately about this underserved segment come and join us to drive Technology Equity in the global workforce At Zinier we are on a mission to enable these 2 7 B Deskless Workers achieve greater success for themselves and the world around them Guided by a deep understanding of their needs we design software experiences that enable every Deskless Worker to excel in the field We are a remote-first global team headquartered in Silicon Valley Our hybrid workforce is spread across London Lisbon Mexico City Singapore and Bangalore and leading investors including Accel ICONIQ Capital Founders Fund Newfund Capital NGP Capital Tiger Global Management and Qualcomm Ventures LLC What we re looking for The TPM Delivery Manager Solutions will manage the Solution teams to deliver high-quality customizations that meet timelines and go above and beyond customer expectations Will be responsible for scoping large-scale complex technology projects related to the development of field service solutions Partner with our internal teams and key client stakeholders to find creative solutions to tough problems Challenge and improve standard processes procedures Solves hard and challenging problems Goes deep into customer processes and workflows to solve issues Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate successful project definition planning budgeting scheduling and resourcing in leading high-performance project teams Manage projects within scope quality time and cost constraints and ensure any changes are documented and approved through a change control process Manage projects across cross-functional teams build sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands Form strong project team relationships by leading coaching and motivating team members and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to clients project teams and other project stakeholders Project Methodology Building and executing strategic initiatives by delivering comprehensive planning tracking and performance Job Requirements Bachelor s Degree 9 to 15 years experience in software professional services project management In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as FSA or CRM with recent SaaS experience Experience with client services project management and solution delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments Strong self-organisation time management and prioritisation skills Ability to manage financial metrics such as project margin and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics Able to effectively manage scope change and implementation of multi-year multi-phased projects or programs Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 10 of the time including possible international travel Certification of PMI is a plus
