About the Role: As Vice President (VP)–Solutions Delivery, you will play a critical leadership role, driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and delivery for our global platform and solutions portfolio. With an emphasis on innovation, client satisfaction, and scalable delivery, you will ensure our solutions and services exceed customer expectations while enabling profitable growth. This role is ideal for a growth-focused, visionary leader who thrives in scaling organizations and building robust, high-performance teams. Responsibilities: Define and execute the global solutions delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee the portfolio of programs, ensuring a balance of operational efficiency, quality, and innovation. Drive organization-wide transformation initiatives, including AI-led innovation and automation, to position Simplify Healthcare as a market leader. Optimally scale global delivery capabilities to support high-growth objectives and new product lines. Design and implement frameworks for consistent program governance, Agile methodologies, and delivery excellence. Establish metrics to measure KPIs across quality, cost optimization, timelines, CSAT, and NPS. Lead and inspire the global delivery function and regional leaders to develop a high-performing, results-oriented team. Mentor delivery leaders to mature processes, instill innovation, and develop a customer-first culture. Drive the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Agile practices, DevOps, and AI-driven delivery transformation. Serve as the escalation point for complex programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. Work closely with marquee global clients to build long-term strategic relationships and ensure customer delight. Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and GTM functions to deliver successful implementations and ROI-driven solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred. 15+ years of experience in IT/software delivery, with at least 7+ years in leadership roles. Strong experience in managing large-scale delivery operations for North American clients. Demonstrated expertise in the US Healthcare/Payer space, particularly with software solutions. Proven track record of successfully managing high-budget, complex global programs. Deep expertise in Agile delivery frameworks, scaling DevOps, and program management. Strong business acumen with a focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability. Exceptional stakeholder management, client-centric decision-making, and negotiation skills. Experience leading in both enterprise-scale and high-growth environments.
