Marketing Executive - Readymix Concrete Manufacturing Location Kodungalloor Sales Territory Ernakulam Thrissur Districts Industry Readymix Concrete RMC Overview The Marketing Executive will promote and sell readymix concrete to contractors builders and construction firms across Ernakulam and Thrissur districts This is a field-based role involving client visits relationship-building lead generation and achieving sales targets Full training will be provided making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in sales and the construction materials industry Key Responsibilities1 Prospecting Lead Generation Identify potential clients such as builders contractors and project sites Conduct market visits basic research and networking to generate new leads 2 Client Engagement Visit construction sites and meet decision-makers to understand concrete requirements Present RMC product options benefits pricing details and delivery capabilities training provided 3 Sales Execution Assist in preparing quotations and negotiate pricing with support from senior staff Close sales and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets 4 Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with customers Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate follow-ups for repeat business 5 Reporting Administration Update daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer records Assist with sales forecasts and updates for management 6 Market Intelligence Observe competitor pricing activities and customer preferences Share insights with the operations and management teams 7 Internal Coordination Coordinate with the batching plant logistics and quality teams for service delivery Ensure smooth dispatch and timely communication with customers Key Skills QualificationsSkills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and work in a field-based environment Basic time management and planning abilities Confidence in meeting and talking to new people Experience No prior experience required Freshers are encouraged to apply Training will be provided Education Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or Civil Engineering not mandatory Attributes Self-motivated hardworking and target-driven Ability to work independently Willingness to travel across Ernakulam and Thrissur districts Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the sales field Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
