About Amarbhaw Power

Amarbhaw Power Pvt. Ltd. (APPL) is a infrastructure company engaged in generation and EPC of solar, wind, and power infrastructure projects. With a vision to scale as an Independent Power Producer with 250 MW+ capacity, we are looking for a Tender Executive to strengthen our bid and tendering function.

Role Overview

The Tender Executive will support the end-to-end tendering process – from identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance, to coordinating submissions. This role is critical in helping APPL expand its EPC and renewable project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant tenders from government portals and private clients.
- Study tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI) and extract key requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for data collection.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals, documentation, and submission.
- Maintain database of tenders, submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Support during pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and negotiations.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in renewable EPC tenders.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, contracts, or bid documentation (EPC/Infrastructure/Renewable preferred).
- Knowledge of RRECL, RVPNL, SECI, NTPC, DISCOM tenders is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
