Tender Executive – Amarbhaw Power Pvt. Ltd. (APPL) Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (with occasional travel to project sites/clients) Position Type: Full-Time | Executive Level About Amarbhaw Power Amarbhaw Power Pvt. Ltd. (APPL) is a infrastructure company engaged in generation and EPC of solar, wind, and power infrastructure projects. With a vision to scale as an Independent Power Producer with 250 MW+ capacity, we are looking for a  Tender Executive to strengthen our bid and tendering function. Role Overview The  Tender Executive will support the end-to-end tendering process – from identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance, to coordinating submissions. This role is critical in helping APPL expand its EPC and renewable project portfolio. Key Responsibilities Identify relevant tenders from government portals and private clients. Study tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI) and extract key requirements. Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for data collection. Assist in preparing bid proposals, documentation, and submission. Maintain database of tenders, submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups. Support during pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and negotiations. Track competitor activities and market trends in renewable EPC tenders. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 2–5 years of experience in tendering, contracts, or bid documentation (EPC/Infrastructure/Renewable preferred). Knowledge of  RRECL, RVPNL, SECI, NTPC, DISCOM tenders is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Strong documentation, coordination, and time management skills.
