Job Title HR Recruiter Experience Required 2-5 Years Location Knowledge Park-II Job Type Full-time Department Human Resources Qualification Minimum Graduate or Postgraduate Reports To HR Manager Talent Acquisition Lead Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of various recruitment platforms and strategies Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Collaborate with managers to create and update job descriptions Utilize diverse sourcing channels e g job portals LinkedIn referrals campus hiring Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs Craft outreach messages to engage passive candidates Post job ads across multiple platforms and internal channels Screen applications conduct interviews and administer assessments Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers Manage job offers and respond to candidate inquiries Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout Support new hires during onboarding and integration Align recruitment efforts with business needs and workforce planning Maintain ATS records and track recruitment metrics for reporting Skills Competencies Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role Proficient in sourcing techniques ATS usage and managing resume databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Strong judgment and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
