Overview: The GTM Systems AI Developer will design, build, and operationalize intelligent automations, workflows, to transform internal GTM processes. Responsibilities: - Design and Build Intelligent Automations Develop system automations and integrations across Salesforce, and other GTM tools using Apex, Flow, API orchestration, and AI-driven assistants where applicable. Translate manual or repetitive workflows into governed, auditable automation logic - Integrate with the GTM Tech Stack Connect workflows to Salesforce, RevOps data systems, APIs, and third-party SaaS platforms - Prototype, Test, and Scale Build proof-of-concepts and pilots for new agentic solutions. Conduct performance testing, optimize agent behavior, and scale validated solutions into production. - Embed Governance and Compliance Implement auditability, access control, and compliance guardrails into all workflows. Partner with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance to align with corporate AI policies and frameworks. - Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with GTM Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into structured workflows. Document workflows, decision logic, and operational dependencies for continuity and scaling. Qualifications: - 3+ years in automation development, enterprise system integration, or similar technical role. - Should have hands-on experience with agentic AI platforms. - Proficiency in Apex, Python, JavaScript, and API-based integrations. - Strong understanding of GTM systems (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Automation). - Experience designing autonomous or multi-agent systems with governance controls. - Excellent documentation skills, and able to translate technical logic into business-readable process maps. - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
