About the Role

We are building the next-gen AI-driven GTM SaaS platform
and are looking for GTM Engineers and Campaign Managers at different levels of experience. You will be at the forefront of designing, executing, and scaling outbound and inbound campaigns, leveraging AI tools and automation to generate measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage B2B campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, events).
  • Use AI/automation tools and GTM agents to optimize outreach and conversion.
  • Work closely with leadership to build
    GTM strategy playbooks
    for different industries.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure ROI.
  • Mentor junior campaign executives and collaborate with sales/marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in
    campaign execution and GTM workflows
    .
  • Strong understanding of outbound automation tools, enrichment platforms, and CRM systems.
  • For senior roles (5+ yrs): proven ability in
    GTM strategy design, campaign scaling, and cross-functional execution
    .
  • Knowledge of AI/automation platforms or interest in adopting them into GTM.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
