Highlight of the engagement opportunity - Nature of role: Full time - Number of years of experience expected: 5-10 years - Areas of experience preferred: Project implementation, Risk / Finance / Compliance Product Implementation, B2B project implementation, Business Analyst, BFSI experience. - Educational qualification expected: Graduate or Postgraduate - Preferred geography of previous work experience: India/ Europe /APAC/ US - Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English Key responsibility areas: As part of the delivery and implementation teams, Acies is looking to hire project implementation specialist sought for leading project implementation for the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) industry. You'll manage projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your deep BFSI knowledge and regulatory expertise are key. - Understand and define the project scopes, deliverables, end-users, objectives, and outcomes of the project. - Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (requirements, scope matrix, use cases, flow diagrams, proposals, UAT plan, migration plan, Run book etc.) - End to End Testingincluding creation of automation scripts, defect & Gap analysis etc. - Maintain project management templates, communication plan and other project admin artefacts in line with industry practices and client/stakeholder requirements. - Act as a single point of contact to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of the project. - Report on project success results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. - Manage day-to-day project activities Other important information: - Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in India - Period of engagement: Full time - Probation period: 6 months - Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. - Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion - Leave: 22 working days a year.
