We are seeking a motivated Female Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and customer interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in home dcor or interior styling
- Familiarity with furniture industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, 6-days working with 1 rotational weekly off
