At CODEBUGGED, we work at the intersection of AI, Automation, and Innovation—and we're looking for someone who can bring that same energy to our sales engine. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying high-potential clients, engaging key decision-makers (think CTOs, CEOs, CHROs), and driving qualified opportunities into our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our marketing and solutioning teams to ensure every lead turns into a valuable business conversation.What You'll Be Doing- Prospect and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn is your playground).- Qualify leads based on fit, intent, and readiness.- Understand client pain points and consultatively pitch CODEBUGGED's solutions.- Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders (Founders, C-Suite, Decision Makers).- Maintain a clean and enriched CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) to manage your funnel and activities.- Collaborate with marketing to craft effective outreach sequences and lead-gen campaigns.- Conduct high-level product overviews or discovery calls with warm prospects.- Hit and exceed monthly & quarterly lead generation and opportunity targets.- Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and buyer behavior to sharpen your outreach game.What You Need to Bring- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience in Inside Sales or Business Development for IT Services (US market) – a must.- Excellent communication and storytelling skills – both written and verbal.- A consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to tailor conversations to the audience.- Familiarity with sales tools, CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).- Resilience, self-motivation, and a love for hustle.- Comfortable with dynamic environments, context switching, and working autonomously.- Good understanding of IT consulting, SaaS, automation, and AI-related offerings.Why Join CODEBUGGED?At CODEBUGGED, we're not just selling services—we're shaping the future of intelligent enterprises through Agentic AI and automation-driven digital transformation.
