Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Consultant, located in Bengaluru. The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients, analyzing their business needs, and consulting on suitable IT solutions. The role also includes promoting and selling our IT products and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in Consulting and Technical Support.
- Proficiency in Sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
