Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 32 Job Responsibilities: The International Patient Medical Counsellor will be responsible for the following tasks: - Connect with international patient leads. - Understand the patient's medical condition. - Provide the best possible treatment plan from hospitals to meet the patient's requirements. - Assess the patient's financial situation and develop a treatment plan that fits within their budget. - Convince patients to undergo treatment through Fitsib. - Coordinate with our hospital operation team to obtain Visa Invitation letters for patients. - Assist in filling out visa applications for the patient and their attendant. - Find hotels within the patient's budget. - Pre-intimate the hospital and hotel regarding patient arrival based on flight tickets. - Arrange transportation for patient pickup from the airport. - Ensure the patient is admitted to the hospital and that treatment proceeds within the planned budget. - Maintain timely updates of every lead and communication in the CRM (Zoho). - Achieve monthly targets for lead follow-ups and conversions. Education Qualification: - We are looking for Fresh graduates from any discipline (no prior experience required). - Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written). - Friendly, confident, and eager to learn about global healthcare. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with using email or CRM tools. Requirements: - Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in the field of medical tourism with a track record of successful business development. - Network Building: A natural ability to network and establish strong business relationships with industry partners. - Target-Driven: Comfortable with a performance-based culture and capable of meeting and exceeding monthly targets. - Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with international partners. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan for both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
