The role primarily involves calling potential students, understanding their academic interests, and recommending suitable colleges and programs to help them make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities - Make regular outbound calls on generated leads to counsel students about suitable colleges and courses. - Convert inquiries into successful applications and admissions by building trust and understanding student needs. - Handle L1 and L2 calling levels efficiently from first contact to follow-up and closure. - Maintain daily call logs, track lead progress, and update status in the CRM system. - Work towards achieving daily calling targets and weekly conversion goals. - Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents for document submission and application completion. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely admissions. - Participate in weekly meetings and performance discussions to identify improvement areas. Performance & Incentives - Daily calling targets and weekly conversion goals will be assigned. - Attractive incentives will be provided upon achieving targets. - Performance reviews will be conducted every 15 days to evaluate progress and provide feedback. Desired Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Tech, BA, B.Com). - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Strong understanding of student counselling and lead management. - Ability to work in a performance-driven environment. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
