**Job Type**: Full-time

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
**Working Hours**: 10 AM to 7 PM

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Tele Counsellors** to join our team in Gurgaon. This role involves reaching out to potential students (leads provided by the company) and encouraging them to attend our **free walk-in seminars**. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact students from the provided leads and explain the benefits of attending the free seminar.
- Convince and guide students to participate in the walk-in sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: No specific degree required.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in **BPO (Outbound process), Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or Tele calling** preferred.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in both **Hindi and English**.
