**Position: Tele Counsellor**

**Location: Gurgaon**

**Preferred Language Skills: Bengali, Hindi, English**
- As a Tele Counsellor in Gurgaon, your primary and most important responsibility is to identify and engage with potential students through cold calling.
- The focus is on inviting them to attend free seminars and training sessions. Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Proactively conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential students.
- Utilize effective communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English to engage with individuals.

**Seminar Invitation**:

- Provide comprehensive information about the free seminars and training sessions.
- Persuasively invite potential students to attend the seminars to learn more about the Air Hostess Training programs.

**Target Achievement**:

- Achieve daily and monthly targets for generating leads and seminar attendees.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using the database.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from seminar attendance to enrollment.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on course offerings, admission procedures, and industry trends.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the institute's programs.

**Follow-up and Conversion**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and encourage attendance at seminars.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for potential students throughout the counselling process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in tele-counselling, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Strong persuasion and convincing skills to drive attendance at free seminars.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation and seminar conversion.
- Basic knowledge of the aviation industry and air hostess training programs is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
