Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across multiple clients and our internal leadership team. - Work with cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM, including creating workflows, setting up deal stages, building dashboards, and customizing reports. - Conduct data quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data. - Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from different databases. - Create and maintain complex Excel models, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA for automation. - Join and merge datasets across various platforms, including Excel, SQL, and other data tools. - Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to help stakeholders visualize key metrics and trends. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights and solutions. - Document processes and create user-friendly reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years experience in a Business Analyst, Sales Business Analyst, or similar role. - Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, deal stages, dashboards, custom reports, and private apps (preferred). - Strong data quality assurance skills, with keen attention to detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. - Expert in Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA. - Experience in joining and analyzing datasets from multiple sources, both in Excel and other data platforms. - Familiarity with business intelligence and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. Soft Skills: - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. - Eager to learn and grow, with a genuine curiosity about business processes and data analysis. - Highly disciplined, organized, and self-directed with excellent time management skills. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders effectively and present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.
