About the Role: Duration: Permanent Location: Hyderabad Timings: Full Time (As per company timings) Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Experience: 4-10 Years JD: Position: ServiceNow AI Developer Exp: 4-10 Years Location: Hyderabad [Madhapur] - Experience: 4–10 years - Core Module: ITSM (mandatory base experience). - AI Skills in ServiceNow: - Virtual Agent - Now Assist - NLU (Natural Language Understanding) - AG&T (Agentic AI concepts) - Incident summarization & custom AI use cases (e.g., summarizing knowledge articles). - Integration Skills: General integration experience is also expected. - Focus: Someone who understands how to use and customize ServiceNow AI features for end users and developers. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer/Consultant to design and implement intelligent workflows and AI-powered features within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, combined with experience or understanding of AI/ML technologies such as predictive intelligence, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU). Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement AI features in ServiceNow, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and NLU. 2. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM with AI-driven enhancements. 3. Integrate external AI platforms or LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) into ServiceNow for advanced use cases. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI automation and efficiency improvements. 5. Set up and fine-tune Now Assist and related LLM-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. 6. Develop and maintain Virtual Agent topics and decision trees using Flow Designer and topic blocks. 7. Implement and train predictive models using ServiceNow's Predictive Intelligence. 8. Create, manage, and test custom ML solutions within ServiceNow Studio or via APIs. 9. Ensure high-quality documentation, test coverage, and governance of AI models and features. 10.
