ServiceNow Technical Specialist RoleThis position involves developing, enhancing and implementing ServiceNow configurations for various business modules including ITSM, CSM and HRSD.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workflow creation, process automation, data handling and scripting. They should be proficient in JSON/structured data authoring and SQL skills are a must.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the business requirements.
