This role requires an individual who is adept at both strategic thinking and hands-on development. If you are ready to step into a position where your expertise can leave a lasting impact and carve out the future of Worksimulation AI, we want to hear from you Responsibilities - Lead the development of the software architecture and technical design of the company's products. - Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from conception to deployment. - Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the company’s technology strategy. - Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team that fosters innovation and creativity. - Establish best practices in software engineering and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software features and functionalities. - Identify and integrate third-party tools and technologies to enhance product offerings. Requirements - Proven experience in a CTO or senior engineering role within the software industry. - Strong background in software engineering principles, architecture, and design. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture. - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
