Mantys (YC) is an AI-powered revenue cycle management platform for GCC and US health practices. Our platform automates eligibility verification and prior authorizations and help clinics not only save time by automating manual processes but also increase revenue with enhanced insights. Mantys is backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator and Peak XV, and was founders come from from reputed institutions like Mc Kinsey and IIT. We’re growing rapidly and looking for a Founding Engineer to join our core team. We are looking for someone who has built and shipped end-to-end products, scaled systems under high pressure and has the hunger to move fast and solve hard problems.Role Overview:As a founding engineer, you will be a core part of the team, driving the development of Mantys' platform from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on the company's growth.Who We’re Looking For:Experience: 2+ years of engineering experience, preferably with startups or high-growth companies. Experience with building products from scratch is a huge plus.Skills: Proficient in full-stack development, with strong problem-solving skills. Prior Experience with playwright automations will be a great to haveHacky and Hands-on: You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty and love solving problems quickly.
