Job Title: Sales Intern Real Estate Construction
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Type: Internship (with high earning potential & full-time offer upon performance)
About Us
We are a newly forming Real Estate Construction company called Crestline Developers in Chennai, offering Turnkey Construction, Joint Venture Development, and Interior Design services. Our mission is to deliver high-quality homes with transparent pricing and on-time delivery, all powered by trusted partnerships.
Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our construction services, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This is a performance-driven role with exceptional commission earnings for successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients (landowners, homebuilders, investors).
Conduct client meetings, explain service offerings, and share proposals.
Coordinate with the founder and vendors for pricing, timelines, and site visits.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Tamil & English).
Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
Ability to meet and engage with clients in person.
Compensation & Benefits
Internship Stipend: 0 fixed (initial phase until first client onboarded).
Commissions: 50,000 2,00,000 per deal closed (1st or 2nd month expected closure).
Full-Time Offer: Upon successful onboarding of the first client you will be offered full time fixed salary + incentives or you can continue with the Commission module.
Mentorship directly from the founder.
