Job Description
- Implement market and customer penetration strategies for the Indian foundry bentonite and premix market.
- Manage projects to ensure accurate, timely, and value-added completion.
- Achieve target margins for new foundry business based on value-added principles.
- Develop and build market awareness of the Indian Foundry Bentonite Business and relevant value propositions.
- Understand and analyze competitors' intelligence.
- Understand the Clariant Foundry product portfolio.
- Initiate the Foundry Bentonite Business and continue developing new foundry customers.
- Provide solutions for customers' unmet needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Foundry or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the foundry industry, in either a commercial or technical role.
- Deep understanding of foundry processes, including melting, resins, and green sand.
- Must be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to build a network and establish the business.
- Open to candidates in the Tamil Nadu region, or Mumbai/Pune/Kolhapur who can travel to the office once a week.
