Job Description Role: Technical Program Manager, Storage Function: Technical Program Management Location: Bengaluru, India Industry: AI Infrastructure, Cloud Computing About Company This role is with a rapidly growing AI infrastructure startup founded in 2025 in Bengaluru by a leadership team with deep product, cloud, and systems experience from global-scale tech companies. The company has built a GenAI-powered private cloud platform that automates and manages complex AI workloads across hybrid, on-prem, edge, and sovereign cloud environments designed for enterprise sectors where performance, data security, and compliance are critical. Backed by leading global VCs and prominent operators (approx. $10M seed raised), the company is recognized for strong engineering rigor and product clarity. Its platform focuses on AI-native orchestration, deep observability, and cost/performance optimization to help large enterprises deploy and scale AI with confidence. This is an opportunity to join early and shape the future of AI-first cloud infrastructure. Position Overview You lead programs that build the storage backbone for AI-native cloud services. You own object and file storage, CDN delivery, and capacity expansion that power demanding, real-time workloads. Your work drives reliable, scalable data foundations that let enterprise customers deploy AI with confidence. Role & Responsibilities - Run end-to-end programs for object and file storage, CDN/serving, and capacity expansion. - Drive delivery of data-foundation services such as Kafka, Spark equivalents, vector stores, and data lakes needed by AI products. - Translate business and platform goals into clear scope, milestones, and measurable success metrics. - Maintain a single plan of record across multiple teams, tracking risks and dependencies. - Report program status, blockers, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Must have Criteria - 45 years in technical program management or similar delivery roles focused on storage, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure. - Deep understanding of storage architectures, object and file stores, and data management for AI/ML workloads. - Hands-on experience with container and Kubernetes environments and infrastructure as code. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have - Experience with analytics and ETL systems or data-lake architectures. - Prior work on AI/ML or GPU-backed platforms.
