Job Description About CARD91 CARD91 is a leading Issuance Platform-as-a-Service provider, revolutionizing payment infrastructure for banks, corporations, and fintech companies. Our platform supports the issuance of various payment instruments, including PPI, debit, credit, multi-currency cards, and UPI, enhancing transaction visibility, control, and decision-making speed for customers, vendors, partners, and employees. Founded in early 2020 by Ajay Pandey and Vineet Saxena, our team brings extensive experience in payments, lending, sales, and product scaling. We comprise technopreneurs and seasoned bankers, offering diverse expertise and thought leadership. Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM) Location: Bengaluru The role of the Technical Program Manager begins as soon as a company client's sales cycle is completed. A TPM serves as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them from after sales to live implementation. At the very least, TPMs are designed to handle a few single-digit customers at a time. Responsibilities & Duties - Card91's SPOC for the client's business and technical team - Coordination of the client's business, technical and design teams with Card91's business, technical and design teams - Provide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal's demonstrations to the client's teams - Daily coordination with multiple teams on the client's and Card91's end to facilitate seamless integration and testing - Supervise testing on various platforms, QA and UAT, as well as sign off on the client's API integration Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics - Total Experience of 2 to 4 years - 1 to 2 years of experience in API development and integrations - Ability to work and effectively communicate with other teams (external or internal) in an on online or offline mode - Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information - Financial services experience is a must What's on offer - Best-in-class compensation package - Stock options for long term wealth creation - Group health insurance covering your family - Health and wellness perks to ensure you are holistically taken care of Vibrant, open and fun work culture Note: To Apply, share your resume at [Confidential Information] with the subject line as Application- Technical Program Manager_ .
