Network Lead Noida Bangalore-Skillsets preferred - CCNP CCIE Data Centre CCIE R S CCIE SP CCIE Voice JNCIP JNCIE CCNP Wireless CISCO PRIME ARUBA Virtualization PMP Prince 2 practitioner certified Collaboration technologies like SDN NFV NGCC Nexus IT Infrastructure Platform Avaya Cisco Genisis Microsoft Collaboration Contact Centre Portfolio both On-Prem and CloudTechnologies LAN WAN WLAN Voice On-prem Could IPT DataCentre Transition and TransformationExperience - 6-9 years Need to be technically skilled enough to answer queries from customer regarding the technology Need to have complete accountability and ownership Should be driving the migration or change calls during out of office hours Should be driving the in-flight issues during the migration or change either by self or bringing the right technical resources including vendor resources if needed to prevent the migration from rolling back Should be good in Stakeholder Relationship Management in managing the customer representatives to ensure that the change is approved on time Should be collaborative so that all the internal stakeholders are working in tandem to ensure that the change is implemented on time and Right First Time Act as the SPOC for customer and internal stakeholders from technical standpoint Should have the analytical mindset to support problem resolution and drive RCAs Should have the skill knowledge to create support PM to create migration change plan with right sequences of activities for the complete change to be implemented Lead or Drive the migration change Go or No-Go calls with end customer Should be able to suggest revised implementation approach incase customer is not convinced with the one presented Should have the knowledge and skills to prepare a project plan resource plan and identify risks early in the lifecycle of the project and create mitigation plans Early engagement with vendors to identify and resolve technical issues that can impact the migration change Should have the knowledge and skills to manage complex implementations like Client DNA ACI Nexus Cat Switches Cloud Exchange One Cloud Cisco NGCC Cisco One Cloud Microsoft SFB Teams etc Should have the mindset to identify Network and Service Improvement Plans for customers Should have laser focus on Time Cost and Quality of the project deliveries Should be flexible to support any time zone Job Location- Bangalore Noida Yrs of Exp- 6 Yrs
