ASH_AGM_CLO _Urgent Requirement for one of the Top Luxury Real Estate Brand in Mumbai_ Designation: Assistant General Manager Sales - Closing (Luxury Residential Sales) Job Location: SOBO Budget: Max Upto 35 LPA (Basis Last Drawn) Shift: Dayshift - 6 days working with rostered week off (Sunday will be working) *Qualifications & Skills:* ●Education:Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. ●Experience:12–15 years of core residential real estate sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role handling closings in prime locations in Mumbai. *Skills:* ●Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. ●Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage elite clientele. ●Strong command of CRM systems (especially Salesforce), documentation, and RERA compliance. ●Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury housing market, buyer behavior, and sales psychology. *Position Summary:* *AGM – Closing role involves leading a team of Closing Managers, converting high-potential leads into successful closures, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury residential real estate segment, strong team management skills, and a proven track record of driving sales conversions in a competitive market. *Key Responsibilities:* _Team Leadership & Sales Supervision:_ ●Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Closing Managers across multiple projects in SOBO. ●Drive team performance by setting clear sales targets, tracking KPIs, and providing hands-on guidance. ●Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and client servicing skills. _Client Engagement & Conversion Strategy:_ ●Personally handle high-net-worth walk-ins and marquee clients, providing personalized consultations. ●Guide the team in creating compelling sales narratives tailored to diverse customer segments, including HNIs, NRIs, and investors. ●Oversee the entire closing cycle from inquiry to booking, documentation, and payment milestones. _Sales Operations & Reporting:_ ●Monitor all team-level lead interactions, follow-ups, and sales status using CRM tools (Salesforce/SFDC). ●Review and analyze sales funnel performance to ensure no prospect is lost due to lack of engagement. ●Maintain up-to-date reports, MIS dashboards, and conversion trackers for management review. _Stakeholder Collaboration:_ ●Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance departments. ●Provide valuable market feedback and buyer insights to tailor campaigns and optimize offerings. ●Ensure alignment with RERA guidelines, regulatory approvals, and legal documentation workflows. _Market Intelligence:_ ●Stay informed about competing projects, market pricing, and product offerings in the SOBO area. ●Support the development of strategies for pricing, offers, and value propositions based on market insights. ●Identify market challenges and proactively present strategic solutions to senior leadership. _Looking for Immediate Joiners_ Please contact 9819206976 via whatsapp or email resume at hazel.wilson@hnhplacement.com
