Job Description Bengaluru 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA About The Position The Project Associate cum Mobiliser will lead center operations, community mobilisation, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement for the Skill Development Center in Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end management of skilling activitiesfrom candidate mobilisation to placement supportalong with documentation, reporting, and ensuring effective training delivery. Responsibilities - Center Management & Program Execution - Manage daily operations of the Skill Development Center. - Ensure smooth delivery of training programs as per project guidelines. - Oversee attendance, schedules, center discipline, and infrastructure readiness. - Plan, implement, and monitor program activities to achieve targets. - Community Mobilisation & Outreach - Conduct field visits, awareness campaigns, and community meetings for candidate mobilisation. - Build strong relationships with local communities, youth groups, NGOs, and educational institutions. - Counsel students and families on training benefits, career opportunities, and progression pathways. - Support and guide mobilization teams to meet enrolment targets. - Training Coordination & Delivery Support - Coordinate with trainers to ensure timely and effective delivery of training modules. - Provide capacity-building support to trainers and trainees when required. - Ensure candidate retention through consistent mentoring, handholding, and follow-up sessions. - Stakeholder Management - Build partnerships with employers, industry partners, and placement agencies. - Coordinate placement drives, job fairs, guest lectures, and exposure visits. - Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, colleges, community leaders, and other stakeholders. - Documentation, Reporting & MIS - Maintain accurate data in MIS for monitoring and evaluation. - Prepare progress reports, success stories, attendance sheets, and impact documentation. - Ensure timely reporting and compliance with all project deliverables. Mandatory Qualification And Experience Education - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Education, or related fields. - Master's degree preferred. Experience - 13 years of experience in skill development, community mobilisation, CSR projects, or livelihood programs. - Experience working with youth communities or training centers is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to mobilize and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds. - Good documentation, report writing, and MIS handling skills. - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building ability. - Program coordination and center management skills. - Proactive, target-driven, and community-oriented mindset.
