Deliverables Establish Site Boundary, Set-up Stores, Labour Camp Administer Site Permits: Readiness for permit/approval inspections (CC, OC, Fire NOC, Elevator) Project Handover: Handover Overall Project with ZERO unacceptable snags Plan & Cost: AdherenceEnsure Budget & Schedule Adherence and find oppurtunity for cost savings/optimzn Site Liaison (Local Liaison, Police, Authorities, neighbors) Labor Welfare (Labor Community Living Mgmt | Labor Insurance) Cost Management (Budget | BoQ Mgmt | Overhead | Spend Tracking | Inventory Analysis & Control) COMMUNICATION (Reports, Updates, Trackers) KPIs Project Cost Performance Index (CPI) Project Schedule Performance Index (SPI) Quality Overhead Cost Ratio: Overhead Cost/Quarterly Project Spend (Labor Camp, Safety, Sewage, Water, Elect) House-keeping Safety Customer Living Experience Ensure all the legal & stat compl are adhered to
