Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveJunior Accountantto join our finance team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, managing financial records, and assisting in statutory compliance to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems.
- Record and reconcile all purchase, sales, and expense transactions.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and petty cash records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and reconciliation.
- Support preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Requirements

- Education:B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience:02 years in accounting (freshers with strong academic performance may apply).
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel / MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
