Who am I?
I'm J P Biswas – IIM Bangalore alum, builder of businesses across SaaS, retail real estate, D2C, and more.
I've launched products like BayaDesk (CRM for SMBs), BayaTrack (Infra monitoring), and mentored eComm & tech startups from the ground up.
Now, I'm looking to team up with a few sharp minds who want to build the next big thing in SaaS – not as employees, but as co-creators.

- A salesperson or marketer who knows how to open doors, get demos, and close early users

We'll take forward a SaaS product that has started getting early traction and solves a real business problem.
You'll be involved in every step — ideation, prototyping, GTM, user validation, monetization.
And yes, you'll have skin in the game — equity, influence, and ownership.
