About the Founder

Serial entrepreneur with proven track record building and scaling digital ventures. Previously built Spexy (AR eyewear platform working with Ray-ban, Titan Eye, exited to Pepe Jeans), SmartSIP (India's first Phygital MF app, 200K+ users), and scaled businesses from launch to IPO at HomeFirst ($1.1B AUM). The Opportunity

Seeking hands-on Tech Co-founder/CTO to lead technical vision and scaling of our validated platform. Join us in the next growth phase - taking a product with proven market fit to millions of users.

What You'll Own

Technical Leadership

• Scale and optimize our full-stack application (React + Node.js + MongoDB)
• Enhance the ChatAstro AI Engine - our proven intelligent chat system
• Implement advanced scaling, performance optimization, and infrastructure
• Lead technical decisions for rapid growth and team expansion

Product Development

• Enhance user experience based on real customer feedback and usage data
• Scale our API integrations and infrastructure for growing user base
• Work closely with founder on retention optimization and new feature development

Business Impact

• Significant equity stake as co-founder (negotiable)
• Shape product roadmap and technical strategy
• Build and lead engineering team as we scale
• Direct impact on user experience and revenue growth

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Full-Stack Mastery: React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js
• AI/LLM Integration: ChatGPT, Claude, or similar API experience
• System Architecture: Scalable, high-performance applications
• API Integration: RESTful services, webhooks, third-party integrations
• Web & Mobile Development: Ability to build full-stack web and mobile applications
• Hands-on Coding: Active coding and implementation experience
• Consumer Product Experience: Should have built consumer-facing tech/products used by millions of users

Preferred Experience

• Real-time chat systems (WebSockets, Socket.io)
• Payment integration (Razorpay/Stripe)
• Cloud deployment (AWS, Docker, CI/CD)
• Mobile development (React Native)
• AI/LLM expertise (Prompt engineering, Fine-tuning, AI agent creation, Output optimization etc)
