What You'll Do:

- Partner directly with the founder on high-impact growth and product initiatives.
- Research, test, and integrate AI tools to supercharge marketing, operations, and product delivery.
- Build and execute acquisition, retention, and engagement playbooks.
- Analyse data, identify growth opportunities, and turn them into action—fast.
- Drive 0→1 special projects, from new product verticals to automation initiatives.
- Coordinate across teams, investors, and partners to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

- Fresher or up to 2 years' experience in startups, tech, or growth roles.
- Strong grasp of AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies—and the curiosity to experiment with them.
- Comfortable using data analytics tools, dashboards, and APIs to solve business problems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to translate tech into business impact.
- Bonus: exposure to healthcare, healthtech, or consumer internet products during internships or college.
- Most important: ownership mindset, rapid learning ability, and willingness to work hands-on in an early-stage startup.
