Avnita is committed to empowering women to thrive in every phase of their lives and aims to build a supportive community for mothers and mothers-to-be as we redefine maternal health.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, based in Mumbai. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, developing business plans, and driving the overall vision and growth of the company. This role will involve close collaboration with the founding team to shape product and service offerings, manage operations, and build partnerships. The Co-Founder will also focus on overseeing marketing strategies, budgeting, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure the company's success and sustainability. The co-founder should also be willing to bring in equity. There will be no fixed salary paid. Co-founder will be able to participate in the business and equity and profits of Avnita.

  • Experience in business development and financial management
  • Strong understanding of product development and service management
  • Marketing and branding expertise
  • Operational oversight and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for maternal health and wellness
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
